SAUCES & SALAD DRESSINGS
Tartare Sauce:
To a pint of mayonnaise, add 1 tsp dry mustard,
2 tbsps grated onion, 1 of chopped parsley, a pinch of cayenne,
and 2 tbsps off thinly cut
pickles or radish.
The radish adds a crisp
and delightful touch .
