SAUCES & SALAD DRESSINGS
Curried Tomato Paste (Australian):
Suitable for topping on toast or chip dip:
Paste Dip
2 tomatoes, peeled As opposite but add
1 onion, diced 2 slice5 white bread
without crusts.
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp curry
Paste:
Saute onion in butter until soft.
Add tomato and stir until well cooked.
Add curry and cook further until at spreadable consistency.
Dip:
As above then add bread until thick and cooked.
Serve as dip with chips.
