Stuffed Mushrooms:
1 lb medium mushrooms
butter
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 pkg blue cheese
2 tbsp milk
18 OZ pkg cream cheese
Wash mushrooms, trim off tips of stems, remove stems, finely chop enough pieces to make
1/2 cup.
Cook mushroom caps in butter for 5 minutes. Combine softened cream cheese, blue cheese and milk, mix well.
Stir in mushroom pieces and onion, then fill caps and broil until golden brown.
Makes 18-20 mushrooms.
