Marinated Mushrooms and Artichokes:
2 pkgs frozen artichoke hearts
1 lb mushrooms, halved
11/2 c water
1 c cider vinegar
1/2 c salad oil
1 clove garlic, halved
l 1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp peppercorns
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
Cook artichokes per directions and clean mushrooms if fresh..
Combine all other ingredients, to make, the marinate.
.Add artichokes and mushrooms and let sit in refrigerator at least
24 hours.
