Chilli Con Queso:

1/2 c tomato juice
2 lbs processed cheese (American or Velveeta)
2 small onions, chopped
2 cans chilli con carne (15 1/2 oz each without beans)

Cook tomato juice, cheese and onions in top , part of double boiler for hour.
Add chilli and blend well.
When thoroughly heated, transfer to chafing or fondue dish.
Use fritos or corn chips as dippers.
