Creamy Clam Canapes:

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 tbsp cream style horseradish
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp onion salt; 1 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped (very fine) carrots
1 c chopped tomato
dash of pepper
dash of garlic salt
1 1/2 cups small baby clams
1 c chopped cucumber
4 individual French bread loaves
butter for bread
parsley to decorate top of each

Combine softened cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and seasonings, mixing well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Split French loaves in small bite sizes, spread with butter and top with mixture.
