Bah-Mee:
1/2 lb pork tenderloin
6 slices bacon
Fry bacon til crisp. Remove from pan, cut pork
into very small pieces and brown in bacon grease. Add a couple tbsp water, cover and simmer until very tender. Dice very small: 2 carrots,
2 celery, 2 small onions, a chunk of cabbage.
Add to meat and simmer until tender. Add 2 tsp seasoned salt. Boil half package real skinny
noodles until done. Then add everything in pan, stir and blend. Drain off any liquid and sprinkle the fried bacon pieces on top. Serve with hot rolls and butter.
