Pimiento Cream Cheese:

1 10 oz can Whole Sweet Red Pimientos .
4 125 gram packs Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

Allow cheese to warm to room temp.
Chop pimientos into tiny bits. Add to cheese.
Use electric mixer on high speed and large bowl to blend.
If mix is too stiff add liquid from pimientos by 1 spoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
Makes good sandwich filling alone or in heros or submarines.
