2. The information brochure, prepared for you by our Junior Officer Council, should help
you
become acquainted with the area and its ,facilities. We have tried to anticipate the
questions
you and members of your family may have concerning your new assignment. Do not hesitate
to contact your sponsor or myself if we can be of service. I suggest you keep this
